With over a decade of experience in developing leaders, Gabriel has a proven track record of being able to produce results with individuals and organisations. He holds a BS (Hons) degree in Engineering with High Distinction from WPI and career in management consulting with Accenture. In often politically charged client environments, Gabriel was relied on for his ability to engage executives and enable large teams to successfully deliver complex programmes. Whilst at Accenture, Gabriel led a new joint-venture that included a global sales & delivery team that operated in Asia, Europe and the Americas and created a $12M pipeline in the first year.
Out of the office, Gabriel volunteered for an international personal development company, personally coaching over 2,000 people, including delivering several 3-month leadership programmes with up to 125 participants each and training hundreds to deliver seminars themselves.
In 2008, Gabriel established Flores Leadership to offer his extensive experience in business and coaching to empower entrepreneurs and inspiring global leaders. On a current project, Gabriel is working directly with Nobel Peace Laureate and President of East Timor, Dr. Jose Ramos-Horta, to fulfil his goal of establishing an education & conservation-focused wild animal park in the developing nation.
