Michelle is the Head of Talent Dynamics Globally, a social entrepreneur and an expert leader in the field of building trust.
A former Head of Leadership Development for Retail at Marks & Spencer PLC, she left in 2005 with the absolute intention of getting another job. However, Michelle literally fell into running her own business when a number of leadership development contracts came her way. Her first company, as Michelle recalls, was a mere step into the Entrepreneurial world, as she had very little idea what she was doing at the time and yet managed to make money whilst doing it.
Michelle met Roger James Hamilton (Creator of Wealth Dynamics and Talent Dynamics) for the first time, at an event in 2006, where Roger was presenting about the power of Flow. Michelle began implementing the practices of Trust and Flow in her business and within 12 months, had trebled turnover and was having more fun than ever before.
After following his work and teachings closely, Michelle joined Rogers team in 2007, as Head of the International social entrepreneurs network, XLRF, where she built global teams and developed leaders in 22 countries and 55 cities around the world.
In that time she also launched the stepUp Foundation into the UK in 2008 with 500 young people, giving teenager’s access to inspiring speakers and mentors.
Michelle started Talent Dynamics in 2009, from her kitchen table, using her experience and expertise, to adapt the principles of Wealth Dynamics and apply them to teams in the corporate sector. In less than 5 years Michelle has grown Talent Dynamics to operate in 20 countries with over 300 license holders who are trained to use Talent Dynamics with their teams and clients.
Michelle realised that the rapidly growing ‘Trust Movement’ that Talent Dynamics was spearheading, needed a platform to raise awareness and share its practical implementation. Stephen MR Covey bestelling author of The Speed of Trust, soon signed on as key note speaker and the 1st Trust Conference was run in the UK in September 2013. The Trust Conference now runs as an annual event, with Sir Bob Geldof keynoting in September 2014.
Michelle’s journey has led her across the world, to the doors of business leaders and experts. Even to the halls of 10 Downing Street to meet with the PM! During that time she has been nominated for inspiring women awards and shortlisted for entrepreneur awards including female entrepreneur of the year.
In her spare time, a little known fact is that Michelle enjoys sheepdog training with her collie dog in a field in the middle of nowhere.
