Neville is a specialist in the development of Trust and improved Performance. He works in the world of Financial Services and wider Human Resources. His intent is to restore and transform levels of trust within financial services and to drive co-ordinated organisational action which will underpin sustained new improved levels of trust and performance.
He has 30 years’ experience within Financial Services.
For the last 8 years he has been consulting and has achieved remarkable results with a range of customers both within Financial Services and wider. Neville is an accredited Talent Dynamics Performance Consultant.
Previous roles include Head of Group Training & Management Development for Abbey, Head of Learning and Barclays University and Head of Resourcing and Training within Barclays, National Sales Manager, Training Manager at Legal and General.
He was also Chair of the Financial Services Skills Council Major Employer Forum and a member of the IFS Schools Board.
Neville is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
