What a fast and fabulous month we have had. On the 10th September we ran the first ever Trust Conference in London, with Stephen MR Covey as our keynote speaker. Over 800 business leaders attended, all focused at one thing – Creating a more Trust filled world.

Here’s a brief video that has captured some of the highlights if you missed it.

Oh and do look out on our You tube channel in the next 2 weeks for more content from the speakers!

We have already booked in next years event in London for Thursday September 11th, which will also mark the Trust Awards Ceremony as well. For those that cant make it to London, we promise we will live stream it next year so you can ‘come along’ too.

We will also be supporting the worlds first Trust Conference for Teenagers in the Spring, hosted by Teejay Dowe our Master License Holder in Talent Dynamics for Young People. More on all of these events in the coming months!

October is going to be really busy with accreditation trainings for us at TDHQ, we’ve added some extra dates due to the demand from the Trust Conference. We have new consultants joining us for accreditations from Egypt, Switzerland, Dubai, USA and Norway, which means TD will be available in 17 countries from October! Contact janet.carter@talent-dynamics.com if you want any further information on any of the accreditation levels.

After all the work of the Trust Conference, the TD team enjoyed a thoroughly good night out at the BIBA’s 2013,  where Talent Dynamics was in the finals for Exporter of the Year – we partied till the small hours of the morning!

Here’s to a flow filled month ahead!

New Speakers for the Trust Conference Confirmed!

The Trust Conference. 10th September 2013

We are delighted to have just confirmed another 2 speakers for the Trust Conference on 10th September 2013 in London.

Paul Dunn is at the forefront of management and marketing action on a global basis. Australia’s leading business magazine described him in 2011 as ‘a marketing guru turned philanthropist’.

He is an engineer by training but he soon discovered people were more interesting than “things”. He began his career in Australia at Hewlett Packard where he was one of just ten people in the Australian start up of the company.

In 1974, Paul wrote some innovative software that became the basis for one of Australia’s early technological successes—Hartley Computer. Until 1980 Paul was the marketing genius behind the company growing globally to a $23 Million enterprise.

In late 1980, Paul decided that his real love was marketing AND speaking so he formed The Results Corporation. By 1992 his company had grown to a $20 million company serving 23,000 businesses. Many individuals and companies around the world credit Paul with changing their businesses and their lives.

In 2000, Paul sold all of his business interests to ‘retire’. But he continued speaking around the world and writing. He followed up the success of his first book, Write Right with, ‘The Firm of the Future’ written with Ronald A. Baker. It launched in 2003 is now regarded as a standard text for professional service firms.

In 2006 Paul had what he describes as a very personal experience with people impacted by the 2004 Tsunami. “It was,” he says, “my first real understanding of the power businesses have to change our lives.”

Paul has been involved in B1G1 since 2007 and now invests all of his time, energy and passion into the growth of the initiative around the world. He used to have a quote on his desk that said, “Trying to be as good as my dog thinks I am.” Trouble is, he had it even when he had no dog!

Daniel Priestley Key Person of Influence

Daniel Priestley, a successful entrepreneur and event producer. After seeing more than 100,000 business people networking at his events, Daniel started to notice that some people were trusted magnets for opportunity while others seemed to walk away empty handed over and over again.

From his experience working along side some of the worlds most successful entrepreneurs, authors and speakers Daniel knew there were 5 keys to becoming a Key Person of Influence in any field fast.

Daniel speaks around the world on Social Media, Entrepreneurship and Personal Branding. He has founded several companies in Australia and the UK and is also an investor into some exciting (and some not so exciting) ventures. “I believe there is an Entrepreneur Revolution taking place allowing almost anyone with a passion and an idea the ability to turn it into a successful small business. Based on this insight I have created several business ventures designed to assist people to turn their ideas into profitable, fun, rewarding and fulfilling businesses.

I have spoken to over 50,000 people at live events”

Michelle’s news

I’m literally just back in the office after 3 weeks in Australia, where I met with some incredible new Consultants who are getting accredited with us in June and July this year. I also had chance to catch up with and share inspiring stories with our existing Consultants and Master Trainers in each city too.

Everyone was asking me ‘When are you bringing the Trust Conference to Australia?’ So, watch this space…

Speaking of which, tickets for the Trust Conference  in London this year are selling out fast. We have just issued some new group booking tickets as so many people are bringing their entire teams.  Check out the new speakers just announced this month!

Congratulations to the new groups of Flow Consultants and Performance Consultants who have joined us in the past month. 3 groups in the UK,  including a brand new group of Flow Consultants who have been accredited in our very exciting new programme: Talent Dynamics for Young People. A programme specially created to assist 9-16 year olds to get into Flow!

Oh by the way, just so you know the difference:

Flow Consultants are accredited to work 1-2-1 using Talent Dynamics. Typically, they are coaches, mentors, line managers or new trainers.

Performance Consultants are accredited to work with teams and entire organisations at a transformational level and are usually very well established trainers, consultants and facilitators.

If you want to find out more about either of these accreditations, drop me a line for more information michelle@talent-dynamics.com

Have a fabulously Flow filled month ahead!

Michelle’s news

Congratulations to the 2 newly accredited groups of Talent Dynamics Consultants in October. We had a group in Australia join us and a group in the UK both in the same month. Pictured below are the latest group from the UK, with Jan Polak our Master Trainer!

We are all excited here at TDHQ, as we are now in the final build up to our first ever Global Talent Dynamics Partner Conference!

Meeting up in the idyllic paradise island of Bali in just 2 weeks time, we will be joined by Talent Dynamics Partners, flying in from the UK, USA, South Africa, Japan and Australia! Straight after the conference, we are also to have another first! Our first ever group of Performance Consultants who we are accrediting at Step 2 on the Talent Dynamics Pathway.

Consultants like Neville who has helped his clients add over £500K in additional revenue in the past 6 months. He’s also added £25k in additional revenues to his own training company since becoming accredited less than 6 months ago and Teejay who has helped to add £110k to a UK based charity. Both Neville and Teejay, along with several others are joining us for the Step 2 accreditation.

The first group attending the Step 2 accreditation are already getting great results with their clients using Step 1 and will now be able to run our 3 day ‘Meaningful, Measurable, Profitable Change’ programme, which typically see’s clients doubling results somewhere in their business within 12 months of attending. We had one of our UK based clients, double their revenue in 6 months and double profitability within 12 months after attending this programme.

Jan and I are also going to be mentoring at Roger James Hamiltons Wealth Dynamics Masters Programme the week before, which we are really excited about. We will be joined by the entire TDHQ Leadership team globally and 12 other amazing Business Leaders from all around the world, looking to dramatically grow their businesses. Its a perfect time for us to get focused on our plans for the next 12 months too!

So… I’m off to pack my bags! Looking forward to not having cold, wet windy weather for a few weeks!

Here’s to a fabulously Flow filled month ahead!

Michelle’s May news

First off, a big warm welcome to our newly accredited Consultants in the UK from the recent April workshop!

We’ve loaded some new videos to our You tube channel this month which you might like to check out. Some short, snappy insights into Value and Leverage and The Company Structure in a New Context!

Michelle ClarkeWe’re looking to launch a new style of newsletter next month and we want your input. Not a big change in terms of content/look, as we regularly receive feedback from you that you enjoy the profile specific blogs and company news but more about frequency and length of content.

Instead of one long newsletter each month with several blogs on, we will produce communication more frequently for you but much punchier. Please look out for a link next week where you can share your feedback with us. It will only take 5 mins just to tell us about what you do/don’t want to see in it.

By the time you then see our first ‘new style newsletter’ in June, I’ll have celebrated a major milestone birthday (enough said!) with my friends and family and I’ll be enjoying an indulgent holiday doing something I’ve wanted to do for years – Ranching!

Till then – Have a fabulously Flow filled month ahead!

Michelle’s March news

Its been a wonderful Spring like month! I met up with the team and we worked on the plan for the next 6 months in a beautiful location just on the borders of the Lake District. We got so much achieved in a short space of time and we even had time for a lesson in ‘sheepdog trust and flow’ from world renowned sheepdog handler Thomas Longton. So interesting to see how our natural talents and types played out whilst working the dogs!

We also had a great night out at the Red Rose Awards last week. We were so proud to be in the line up of finalists for 2 awards and although we didn’t come home with an award we did have a fabulous evening! Here’s Janet showing one of our entries!

Meanwhile, Tamami our Master License Holder in Japan, accredited a new group of TDPC’s in Tokyo last week. Congratulations and welcome to you all!

Vicky, our Master License Holder in Australia, has been on tour with Talent Dynamics Creator, Roger James Hamilton for the past 2 weeks and has met with a whole host of fabulous new Trainers and HR Professionals who are joining us on the Gold Coast in May for their accreditation

Our Accreditation workshops are filling fast. April in the UK and May in Australia are already both sold out with a wait list! If you are curious to find out more about this programme and how it can benefit you and your clients, just drop me a line michelle@talent-dynamics.com

Have a fabulous flow filled month ahead!

Michelle’s January news

Michelle ClarkeI’m writing this, as Master Trainer, Jan flys back to the UK from Johannesburg, where he ran the 5 day Step One Performance Consultant Accreditation workshop with our first ever group of PC’s from South Africa! I skype dialled the group, on Friday last week, to hear their feedback and discuss their next steps. Already, one of the new PC’s on Friday, (in his lunch break) called one of his clients to tell them all about the benefits and they immediately booked a programme with him! Another one of the PC’s was able to supply a key client with 50 profiles straight away. (Not to mention the £1.8M of strategies they uncovered, to implement into their own Training companies) Now that’s what we call Flow…

It’s January and what is January without a January Sale? We are launching the TD for Sales E-Guide this month, with an extraordinary opportunity to get your Sales teams into Flow – Please don’t miss this opportunity as its really limited!

I’m heading to the Gold Coast in Australia, to run an Accreditation workshop next week with Vicky our Master License Holder in Australia. Vicky and the team at IPS Talent are running regular workshops across Australia this year if you want to join us out there as a TD accredited partner. I’ve been told to pack my sun screen – it’s hard to imagine looking outside my office window right now but I’m sure i’ll get used to it :)

Have a fabulously Flow filled month ahead!

Michelle
