What’s new?

Congratulations to the 2 new groups of Flow and Performance Consultants accredited in August in both the UK and Australia and welcome on board to the new consultants ‘in training’ from Los Angeles, who I met this month, whilst I was in LA. Welcome to the Flow everyone!

It’s all systems go at TDHQ, as we have less than 2 weeks now until the Trust Conference 2014 on September 11th in central London. We are all very excited and are in the final stages of planning the day out… 800 HR professionals and business leaders will be in attendance (with another 500 joining the livestream online!)

If you don’t have your ticket still, you can book here for a ticket (or a livestream place if you can’t make the conference on the day) or call the office direct on 01772 634994

The conference is CPD accredited, so will also count towards your points…

This month, I’ve seen sight of the first draft of the new profile test we are working on with top TD sales trainer and popular blog contributor, Nicci. The new test ‘Talent Dynamics for Sales’ is ideal for sales people to find out the best roles in selling for them and how they approach sales opportunities understanding their clients frequency and therefore buying decisions. Nicci will be running a breakout at the Trust Conference on Trusted Sales, so you can learn more about it there too!

Michelle

PS. I’ve just come back from Los Angeles, where Roger James Hamilton, Creator of Wealth Dynamics and Talent Dynamics was presenting his Millionaire Master Plan Conference. Roger is one of the keynote speakers at the Trust Conference and you can also get to see him as he brings his phenomenal 2 day conference to London on the 6th and 7th.

Click here to register to attend the Millionaire Master Plan Conference

The Talent Dynamics team will be there too so do come and find us to say hello!

The Dynamic Dozen of Real Estate Sales

In the highly competitive world of Real Estate, a high functioning sales team is vital, followed closely by quality listings to satisfy their hunger to sell. One high profile South East Queensland agency turned their struggling sales team full spin into a dynamic force within months, using the guiding force of Talent Dynamics profiling techniques.

Profiled by Rebecca Mitchell, Talent Dynamics Master Trainer and Performance Consultant from Brisbane, this team of twelve real estate professionals achieved some surprising results.

From Flagging Sales…

Sluggish sales and unmet targets were an early warning sign that the team were falling out of step, despite a strengthening property market.

The General Manager knew every individual had the qualities of a great salesperson, yet somehow their motivation was lagging their ability. So he brought in Talent Dynamics Master Trainer, Rebecca Mitchell to decipher the cause of their failing KPI’s.

Each rep took a Talent Profile test. The GM had assumed all profiles would be Stars– known for their prowess as promoters and delivering results, or Supporters – able to reap sales with their Blaze energy leadership. But the Talent Dynamics profiling results proved different.  From the eight reps only three were Stars and one a Supporter, complemented by a Deal Maker, two Traders and one Accumulator.

By understanding how their Talent Profile powered their performance, the team identified changes that would take them into rapid flow.

But what quickly turned their team into a “dynamic dozen” was working together to change how each person went about selling that also complemented the others.  Their new goal: to increase revenue by $100,000 over the following 6-12 months.

The Stars came up with the strategies to help the Deal Maker, Traders and the Accumulator, instantly inspiring and reducing competition between them. Each eased into action – and their natural flow.

To Flogging It!

Over the following weeks, the sales team completely changed their focus and responsibilities. The Deal Maker shifted to partnering with other agencies and financiers in the region.  The Trader took over the ‘walk ins’ and incoming phone and website enquiries. The Accumulator concentrated on telesales and follow-up sales, as well as reporting weekly sales figures. The Supporter took over the Office Manager role and recruited a small team of three commission-only sales agents who worked closely with her – running information evenings, connecting with the local Chamber of Commerce, promoting their office and running monthly events.

The three Stars continued with traditional listing strategies by marketing direct to home owners. They also featured at the monthly events, each month in turn, which further developed them into their own area of expertise; one in apartments, one in standard priced houses and the other in executive homes and house and land sales.

Within six months the team had exceeded their initial $100,000 target! They are now set to increase their bottom line by $500,000 by the end of this year.

This shining real estate firm has jettisoned their motivation and their performance to new levels by embracing Team Dynamics at its best.

Michelle’s news

I’m literally just back in the office after 3 weeks in Australia, where I met with some incredible new Consultants who are getting accredited with us in June and July this year. I also had chance to catch up with and share inspiring stories with our existing Consultants and Master Trainers in each city too.

Everyone was asking me ‘When are you bringing the Trust Conference to Australia?’ So, watch this space…

Speaking of which, tickets for the Trust Conference  in London this year are selling out fast. We have just issued some new group booking tickets as so many people are bringing their entire teams.  Check out the new speakers just announced this month!

Congratulations to the new groups of Flow Consultants and Performance Consultants who have joined us in the past month. 3 groups in the UK,  including a brand new group of Flow Consultants who have been accredited in our very exciting new programme: Talent Dynamics for Young People. A programme specially created to assist 9-16 year olds to get into Flow!

Oh by the way, just so you know the difference:

Flow Consultants are accredited to work 1-2-1 using Talent Dynamics. Typically, they are coaches, mentors, line managers or new trainers.

Performance Consultants are accredited to work with teams and entire organisations at a transformational level and are usually very well established trainers, consultants and facilitators.

If you want to find out more about either of these accreditations, drop me a line for more information michelle@talent-dynamics.com

Have a fabulously Flow filled month ahead!

Michelle’s November News

I’m just back from Bali and writing this at 545am. My body clock still hasn’t quite adjusted yet! I spent the first week, with Roger James Hamilton (creator of Talent Dynamics and Wealth Dynamics) as one of the mentors at his international Wealth Dynamics Masters programme. I met a group of incredibly inspiring Entrepreneurs and as always, learnt heaps for myself too!

The next 7 days, I spent with a group of Talent Dynamics Performance Consultants and Master License Holders, who had flown in from the UK, USA, Australia and Japan.

During the first 2 day’s we held our first ever Talent Dynamics International Partner Conference and we have some awesome announcements to make in the coming weeks as a result of this conference – The first, I’m allowed to spill the beans about today…

A group of those Performance Consultants then stayed on for the following 5 days. Pictured below, this group are the first, amongst our 150 worldwide Partners, to become accredited at the Step 2 level on the Talent Dynamics Pathway. They are now accredited to deliver our 3 day Meaningful, Measurable, Profitable Change programme. Typically clients experiencing this programme are doubling results within 12 months!

So I’m back in the chilly UK now and as I said we have lots of exciting news to share with you in the coming weeks. Some of which I’m still sworn to secrecy on but as soon  as I can tell, I will!

What I can tell you today, is that in September 2013 in the UK, we are hosting the first ever Talent Dynamics Trust Event. Steven Covey Junior, Author of the Speed of Trust is joining us as our keynote speaker for the day. I’m really excited to tell you more about this and how you can join us, in the next few weeks, so watch out for updates on our social media sites coming soon…

Have a fabulously Flow filled month ahead!

Michelle’s May news

First off, a big warm welcome to our newly accredited Consultants in the UK from the recent April workshop!

We’ve loaded some new videos to our You tube channel this month which you might like to check out. Some short, snappy insights into Value and Leverage and The Company Structure in a New Context!

Michelle ClarkeWe’re looking to launch a new style of newsletter next month and we want your input. Not a big change in terms of content/look, as we regularly receive feedback from you that you enjoy the profile specific blogs and company news but more about frequency and length of content.

Instead of one long newsletter each month with several blogs on, we will produce communication more frequently for you but much punchier. Please look out for a link next week where you can share your feedback with us. It will only take 5 mins just to tell us about what you do/don’t want to see in it.

By the time you then see our first ‘new style newsletter’ in June, I’ll have celebrated a major milestone birthday (enough said!) with my friends and family and I’ll be enjoying an indulgent holiday doing something I’ve wanted to do for years – Ranching!

Till then – Have a fabulously Flow filled month ahead!

Already its December – we’ve just had the first snowfall in the UK! I remember this time last year when we also ran an accreditation workshop in December, it snowed on the final day – I had joked last week that it might snow again on the final day on Friday and it did!

Still, it didn’t stop us accrediting 5 new Flow Consultants and 7 new Performance Consultants from across the UK, Slovakia and the USA! Big Congratulations to all of them. In January, we are running Accreditation training in both South Africa and Australia. There are a limited number of places still available on both. Michelle’s September news

Sharing some case studies in Cape Town

I’ve had a sensational September, travelling to new places and meeting new faces with lots of firsts… First time in a British Embassy overseas, first time on safari!

I joined Roger James Hamilton, creator of Wealth Dynamics and Talent Dynamics on tour for the month. Roger was running his Fast Forward your Business event in Tokyo, London, Johannesburg and Cape Town and so I took the opportunity to share the Talent Dynamics Performance Consultant Accreditation in all these cities too. We now have our first 2 workshops in Japan and South Africa booked and filled for November and January respectively.

It was my first time in a British Embassy overseas and first time in Japan and it was particularly exciting that I was  presenting and launching TD right there in the Embassy in Tokyo! Thanks very much to the UKTI for supporting us with such a grand venue – Our guests really enjoyed the experience. They needed to bring their passports just to be able to attend! We had some great new PC’s join us in Japan, including the Head of Training for Body Shop and a member of the Fujitsu team that created the worlds fastest super computer!

On stage in Johannesburg with Roger Hamilton

It was also my first time in South Africa and as soon as we landed in Johannesburg on the Friday, we hopped on the next flight over to Kruger National Park where Roger, Penny and myself spent the weekend on safari!

We then went on to fill an accreditation workshop in South Africa as well.

Taking a mid tour break, with a safari at the Kruger National Park!

I’ll be heading out to Bali mid October with Jan our Master Trainer. Twice a year we take time out as a team, to work on our business plan. For one of those planning sessions, someone from the team heads out to Vision Villas in Bali, where we attend Rogers Wealth Dynamics Masters programme.

This year, I’ve been asked to join the mentor panel, which I’m really excited about and Jan is participating on the programme. Tamami our Master license holder  in Japan will be there too, along with some of the Performance Consultants from around the world, so it’s going to be a lot of fun!

Have a fabulous flow filled month ahead!

Testimonial from HR Manager at X Changing

Helen was recently accredited as a Step One Performance Consultant and has since run 2 programmes at X changing – both are set to create some excellent financial results in the next 12 months and she is set to roll out further programmes as a result!

“I was aware of Talent Dynamics and was interested to see the positive impact it would make on both the business and teams within an organization.  After a taster session, I decided to attend the 5 day accreditation process in June this year.  The course was fantastic.  I have since run 2 one day programmes internally. Already the teams are more engaged and ‘in their flow’ and we expect to deliver substantial savings within the next 12 months. The ROI is a definite value add for the business, individuals and teams. We are now looking at rolling out further”
