Paramjit known to many as Pam was born and raised in the UK and moved to Goa, India in 2008 to follow her dream to create a Yoga & Healing space now manifested as  “Riverside Shakti Retreat”.
She is a inspirational teacher and trainer in yoga, advance breathing techniques, mediation, soul healing and life coaching.
Her passion for helping and guiding others has led her back into the corporate world as a Talent Dynamic Performance Consultant where she uses all her skills and experience too bring understanding, clarity, trust and flow back into individuals and teams.
In 2004 she extensively worked, traveled & explored many countries; this experience proved extremely useful as it enhanced her ability to communicate, adapt and engage with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Her corporate experience as a highly regarded Sales Manager for 4 years within a UK based International Courier company represented a period in her life where she had to understand team dynamics and assess the best method to resolve issues.  With her bubbly, motivating and empowering personality she creates positive change within everyone she meets.
